  1. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders. We also offer expediated shipping services if you need a faster delivery.

  2. When will my order ship out?
    We ship all orders from New York City and our cut-off time is 2PM Est. No shipping on weekends and holidays.

  3. How do I check my order status?
    If you have an account with us, simply log into your account then you will be able to find the shipping status and tracking number over there.
    If you do not have an account with us, simply submit a ticket here and one of our friendly staffs will get back to you as soon as possible.

  4. How can I cancel my order?
    If your order has not been shipped out, you may cancel your order by submitting a ticket here. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is canceled and you will receive a full refund.

  5. Can I make changes to my order?
    If your order has not been shipped out, submit a ticket here to let us know your change request.

  6. What do I do if I did not receive my package?
    We got you covered. Simply submit a ticket here and let us know.

  7. Do you accept international orders?
    Sorry, we only accept U.S. domestic orders at this moment.

  8. Can I exchange my item for a different product?
    Sorry, we think exchange is too much hassle for all of us. Simply place a new order for your desired item and return your unwanted item to us for a refund. Here is our Return Policy.

  9. How can I initiate a return?
    Simply submit a ticket here and let us know. 

  10. How long does it take to receive my refund?
    We issue refund right away after we receive your returned item(s) and it usually takes banks to post the credit back to your account within 3-5 business days.
